Web Developer Studio is a simple partnership (einfache Gesellschaft) within the meaning of Art. 530 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations, operated by Janis Kuhn and Mateo Cimirro. Each partner is individually authorised to represent the partnership. There is currently no commercial-register entry and no VAT/UID number.
